Be Fit at Fifty for Less Chronic Illness

A study has shown that fit 50 year old people are less likely to suffer from chronic diseases. The study doesn’t say that fit 50 year olds just delay the onset of the illnesses and chronic diseases but that they actually suffer less from them.

“We see truly reduced chronic disease, rather than just delaying the inevitable” said the leader of the study.
